The Treasure Cay Golf Course was designed by Dick Wilson, one of America's most reknowned golf course architects. Wilson has several courses ranked in "Golf Digest's Top 100." The best known might be the Doral "Blue Monster" in Miami. Treasure Cay's 6985-yard gem is carved out of the natural woodlands and should be called the "Turquoise Monster." A word to the wise...Bring plenty of golf balls.
The Treasure Cay Tennis Club offers four hard courts and two clay courts. The tennis experiences not complete with just playing a match. You must enjoy one of the Bahamas natural treasures...Ivan Russell (the local tennis pro). Ivan is available for lessons, hitting and conversation. Ivan has taught many young children how to play tennis.
Besides swimming and sun bathing on the breathtaking beach there is also a fresh water pool. Both are only steps from the "Goombay Shack."
Transportation is available in different forms. Everything in Treasure Cay is within walking distance, but other transportation is available. Golf carts, bicycles, scooters, boats and cars are available for rental.
Cabs are also available.
